The challenge
James Begg is an Australian real estate agent working in Portland, Oregon. In a market where most agents sit behind a brokerage template, the thing he actually sells is that you get him, not an assistant and not a call centre.
A brokerage template cannot say that.
What we built
The site leads with the person, not the listings. Live home search organised by Portland neighbourhood, home valuation requests, and reviews pulled through from Zillow and Google so the proof is verifiable rather than claimed.
The whole thing was built from Launceston, on the other side of the world, in under a week.
The result
A site that says the one thing his competitors' templates cannot: you are hiring a person.
